First impressions are everything and Dr. Wigley made an amazing one! I’ve been to another vet before with our other dogs and cats but never felt 100% with them. I did a ton of research and this vet was highly recommended. I’m glad I brought our dog here because Dr. Wigley listened and checked everything out thoroughly. I’m glad to of found a great vet and will continue coming here.
Environment and staff were welcoming and lovely. Really appreciated how vitals and exam was done in the room for the comfort of the pet, with the thoughtful addition of calming pheromone spray on the towel! Dr. Reger was a joy to have as our pet’s vet. She is calm, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Would totally recommend services here!
The staff at short pump animal Hospital are amazing. It’s obvious that they all care very much about what they do. Katie, the manager, is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and has always answered my questions. I’ve been a customer there for at least the last six years. I wouldn’t take my two dogs and cat anywhere else.
I have been going to this Vet practice almost 15 years. They are very knowledgeable and I love how kindly they treat my dogs. When it came time to put my beloved girl to sleep, it was handled with care and comfort for Roxy and myself. If you want the best for your babies this is the place to use. Highly recommend them.
HONEST vets providing the best care there is. Techs & admin crew are the greatest. It says something when I've seen the same faces for over 12 years now. Bonus this past visit - GREAT advice for a long camping roadtrip & a supply of nsaids just in case. These pros have my back and I can't thank them enough!
